Shipping cost

We deliver everywhere in Quebec and Ontario at a fixed fee of $10.00 on all orders under $99 before taxes. Delivery is free for orders over $99 before taxes.

We also deliver everywhere else in Canada (except Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon) at a flat rate of $13.00 on all orders under $175 before taxes. Delivery is free for orders over $175 before taxes.

Prince & Tutus also delivers outside of Canada. We invite you to send an email to info@princetutus.com so that we can offer you solutions.

Order shipments
Orders are shipped within 5 business days* following full payment of the order. Prince & Tutus sends a shipping confirmation by email.

*Delivery time begins when shipping confirmation is sent.

*** Exceptionally, due to COVID-19, our shipping times are a little slower, it is possible in some cases that the order is shipped within 10 working days, but we endeavor to post the parcel as quickly as possible. ******

Free warehouse pickup
You can also take possession of your package, once confirmation has been received from us that it is ready, directly at our warehouse located in the South-West of Montreal. Upon pickup, the credit card used to pay for the online order must be presented along with photo identification.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders not collected after 30 days. We make sure to send at least 2 reminders within 30 days by email.

delivery time
You should allow a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days following the shipping date.

Prince & Tutus disclaims all liability in the event of a deadline not met due to an error on the part of the third party making the delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of an order if the charges charged are significantly lower than the actual cost of shipping. In such a case, we will contact you to discuss the options available or we will issue a refund directly.
