    Returns & exchanges
    Prince & Tutus will gladly exchange any item (except items marked "samples" or special orders) that are not suitable within 10 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition and with its price tag. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange swimsuits, underwear and accessories.

    You must inform us by email at info@princetutus.com of your intention to return an item of clothing (for exchange or credit note) before making the shipment, so that we can give you an authorization number for the return and the information necessary for sending. The customer is responsible for return costs, they are not refunded.

    The costs of delivering the package from the store to the customer are not reimbursed. Shipping costs are not refundable.

    If you benefited from the "Free delivery on purchases of $85 CAD before taxes and more" promotion, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded for a returned order.


    Final sales
    Please note that Prince & Tutus does not provide refunds and that items sold in CLEARANCE (50% off or more) or SALE are final sales.

    All of our “special order” items are also final sales.

    All of our items sold as samples are also final sales, regardless of the discount offered on their original price.


    Clothes washed or worn
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed or worn. Prince & Tutus reserves the right to inspect each returned product and to refuse an exchange or credit for a garment that is not returned in its original condition or within 10 days of receipt of the garment.


    Pricing and product information
    Despite our best efforts, some information and prices may be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. We reserve the right to modify them without prior notice.


    Defective merchandise

    • Regular merchandise : Prince & Tutus takes care to carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure that the product shipped is true to its description and free from any defects. If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of the original purchase date. The exchange procedure will be sent to you by email. The costs of returning the item as well as the shipping costs of the new product will be the responsibility of Prince & Tutus if the return is accepted.
    • Samples : A sample is by definition, the demonstrator garment used by big box stores to place their clothing orders for the season. The samples are therefore garments that have been handled by several hands and it may happen that slight imperfections are present. We make every effort to identify these slight imperfections and indicate them in the description of the item, but please keep in mind that there may be slight differences or imperfections in the measurements or the print compared to to the same item in the regular collection. It is based on this argument that we can offer you clothes at a lower price, even if it is the new thing that has just hit the shelves. If you think you have received an item that is seriously damaged making it impossible to use, please contact us as soon as you receive it. The exchange procedure will be sent to you by email. The costs of returning the item as well as the shipping costs of the new product will be the responsibility of Prince & Tutus if the return is accepted.
